The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to respond to business opportunities from Electronic OEMs and other prospects. The Sales Account Manager should have excellent problem solving abilities and prior success selling high value added off-the-shelf and customx86 engineered hardware solutions direct to design engineers and senior executives of mid-market OEM’s. Experience utilizing a CRM system such as GoldMine is important.

The Account Manager is responsible for the following:

• Identifying & qualifying sales opportunities
• Introducing the WIN Enterprises value proposition to sales prospects
• Understanding prospect’s application, marketing objectives and product requirements
• Identifying best-fit solutions with engineering team through consultative process
• Preparing and presenting proposals
• Closing business
• Managing on-going customer relationships

Vice President of OEM Sales

· You must have prior success selling high value added off-the-shelf and custom x86 engineered hardware solutions direct to senior executives of mid-market OEM’s.
· You have a demonstrated track record of success building and leading the sales function in a successful entrepreneurial business environment.
· You must have built and managed long-term customer relationships, have strong financial and presentation skills and are comfortable with a long sell cycle.
· You must also be an advocate of accountability for metrics tied to specific short and long-term goals. Experience in Medical, Security and Network Security market segments helpful.
Location is NW Boston and 20% travel will be required. Prior recent earnings of $200K are a must.
